Los Altos Rotary Club Home of the Annual Rotary Fine Art Show

In 1978, the Los Altos Rotary Club formed the Los Altos Rotary Endowment Fund (LAREF). Its purpose is to create and maintain an endowed fund which makes its income available for charitable giving. LAREF is under the direct control of the Los Altos Rotary Club and is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of club officers and members. LAREF receives its funding from income generated by the annual Los Altos Rotary Fine Art Show.

Each year LAREF makes grants to community organizations that have submitted applications to the LAREF Board. To view the guidelines that the LAREF Board has set for the grants, click here: Guidelines. To view a list of organizations that have received grants, click here: Recipients.

To submit an application for a grant, go to the application page, print out the page, provide the information, and mail it to the address shown on the application

LAREF has two grant cycles, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.  Applications are due Spring - April 1st, and Fall - Oct 1st.
